Schnepf Farms is looking for part time or full time workers. August 1, 2007 Schnepf Farms will be hiring cooks, waitresses, cashiers and more for the new "Fresh from the Farm" Country Restuarant. Please see a list below of what is available and printable applications.

 

"Fresh from the Farm" Restaurant: Schnepf Farms is interested in hiring cooks, hostesses, cashiers and waitresses for the new "Fresh from the Farm" Country Restaurant. 40 hours a week, from September through May. Pumpkin & Chili Party: Job opportunities include food service employees, ticket takers, ride operators, trash collectors, cashiers, entertainment specialists, security and more. Schnepf Farms holds a job fair every Saturday in September from 8am to 10am. Over 100 people are expected to be hired for this event. You MUST attend a training day in order to work during the month of October for the Pumpkin & Chili Party. Come prepared for an interview and tour of Farm There are 3 training dates: September 15th & 22nd. All employees hired will begin work on the 29th. Age for hiring is 15, although some exceptions are made due to previous work experience. Starting pay is $6.50 an hour to $8.00 an hour. This job works through the month of October. Educational Tour Leaders: Schnepf Farms is looking for enthusiastic adults who may want to get out of the house for a few hours and help educate thousands of school children who visit the farm on field trips each year. Tour leaders will have a complete guide to help them understand and know the history of Schnepf Farms and educating the children. Hours vary, typical Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 1pm at the most. The months are: October, November, March and April. Click here for a printable Application
