Appetizers
        Artisan churned cheese display, Schnepf farms peach marmalade, sweet grapes, spring time berries and crispy french bread baguettes
        Schnepf Farms Arizona Peach shooter, spiced shrimp and toasted hazelnuts
        Local Sweet corn cake, compressed peach compote and micro basil sprouts
First Course
         Molasses Grilled Peach Salad, organic fresh picked greens, mascarpone pillow, smoked candied almonds and olive oil drizzle
Entree
         BBQ filet of beef, white cheddar cheese grits, garden picked veggies in season, chipotle – peach ketchup
Dessert
         warm peach crumble with vanilla bean softened cream
