  • Grilled Peach & Basil Skewers Wrapped in Prosciutto

First Course

  • Arugula Salad with Fresh Peaches, Spicy Pecans and Crumbled Feta Cheese

Entree

  • Duck Confit with Peaches & Lavender in a Red Wine Sauce
    with Schnepf Farms Root Vegetables and Sweet Potato Gratin Dauphinois

Dessert

  • Warm peach pie with vanilla bean ice cream

        Local Sweet corn cake, compressed peach compote and micro basil sprouts
First Course
         Molasses Grilled Peach Salad, organic fresh picked greens, mascarpone pillow, smoked candied almonds and olive oil drizzle
Entree
         BBQ filet of beef, white cheddar cheese grits, garden picked veggies in season, chipotle – peach ketchup
Dessert
         warm peach crumble with vanilla bean softened cream
