Mark and Carrie Schnepf have turned their original farmhouse into a unique setting for weddings & events. It’s a one of a kind beautiful country home in the middle of their 300 acre farm. Here you will find experiences you will not find anywhere else; outdoor weddings & receptions, a beautiful Bridal Dressing Suite, bridesmaids dressing room, a groomsmen private room, beautiful locations for photographs, unique locations for rehearsal dinners (down the middle of a peach orchard) lush country landscaping, brick walkways, large area for tent location, dancing, indoor reception with fireplace in case of poor weather. The Farmhouse at Schnepf Farms offers a quaint, serene, charming country atmosphere that is perfect for your wedding, reception, corporate event, group meeting, luncheon, bridal shower and more.

Rental Rate for up to 150 guests:
(Venue can accommodate 250 guests max)

$2600.00++ Sun – Thurs
$2900.00++ Friday & Saturday
plus tax & service charge *Each additional 10 guests +$130.00
Does not include catering. Alcohol packages begin at $10 per person

Includes ALL of the following:

  • 6 hour event time – Available times: 10am to 11pm
  • Ceremony lawn with 2 Gazebos and Orchard Gazebo
  • Bride’s dressing room in the Bridal Suite
  • Bridesmaids’ dressing room
