MENU  – All vegetables will be picked from the farm prior to dinner. 
 Appetizers: Passed appetizers & cheese plate

 2nd  Course-  Schnepf Farms garden fresh green salad with strawberries, toasted goat cheese and a truffle lemon vinaigrette

3rd Course-    Braised beef short ribs  with tortilla scalloped asiago potatoes topped with a spiced green peach relish.   Veggie bowls  of roasted rainbow cauliflower, baby beets, balsamic swiss chard & raw sugar snap peas.    

4th Course- Peach n’ five spice cobbler served with vanilla bean ice cream or Peach Pie  (Schnepf Farms will create one on Saturday)
