Oysters on the half shell with pickled peach mignonette

Lavender goat cheese, prosciutto with grilled peach and maple syrup

Toasted brie cheese, ciabatta crostini, crispy bacon bits, basil, peach chutney

Charcuterie boards with olives and Schnepf peach preserves and jam

First Course

Peach and Burrata

Schnepf peaches, hand formed burrata cheese, pickled spring onions, puffed quinoa, red wild arugula, quince vinaigrette, baguette crisp

Entree

Maple Brined All Natural Kurobuta Pork Chop

Bourbon peach and basil chutney, pickled fiddleheads, heirloom faro, pork jus

 

Dessert: Country Style Peach Cobbler, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Salted Caramel Sauce, Brown Butter Crumble
